About Us
Homes designed for coastal living.
Ocean Isle Design is a boutique design studio deeply rooted in coastal living, specializing in custom home design that captures the essence of contemporary coastal homes. Drawing inspiration from the quiet luxury of Ocean Isle Beach and the picturesque Brunswick Isles, we pride ourselves on our residential design services that create refined coastal interiors—spaces that feel collected, calm, and enduring. We focus on the design that strips away the expected to highlight what truly matters: natural textures, tailored lines, light, and proportion.
Whether undertaking a full home build, thoughtful renovations, or a single room refresh, our approach to home design is marked by a restrained eye and meticulous attention to detail. We steer clear of fleeting trends and clutter, crafting spaces that feel effortlessly coastal and undeniably elevated, backed by our expertise in renovations and CAD services.
What we do.
We provide comprehensive residential design services for new builds, renovations, and ADUs. In addition, our contract CAD services for builders and developers including 3D modeling and high-quality renderings.
